Jeremy and Larry were amazing to work with. I came in to just look and bought a car that day. We were there for a long while but they made the experience great. They made me feel comfortable about the choice I made and didn't pressure me into buying. Everyone there was great and helpful thro...ugh the process. The dealership has the most vehicle choices in the area so that helped in my choice. Show more

Everyone was very friendly up to speed on our deal and finance. Best car buying experience ever. Told them what I needed as payment and car and they hooked me up.... No over powering sales. All around great service.

After shopping five different Buick dealers in Middle Tennessee for a new Buick Enclave, Eddie Whitson at Alexander Buick directed us to the right dealership. Marty Hamm, Larry McDowell, and Mike Guarr took care of our purchase of a new Enclave with professional, friendly, and courteous service. My ...wife really loves her new Buick. James Steward is an exceptional salesman. This is my 2nd car from Alexander and I reached out specifically to him when I decided to trade my Verano for an Encore. He always spends time showing me the features on my new vehicle and setting up the Wi-Fi and Onstar. I will be an Alexander customer for ...life because of my experiences with James. We've been buying new and used vehicles from this dealership for many years. They have always made us feel appreciated. I had 2 service appointments on 2 different cars last week, first on Monday with my Sonic for an oil change and tire rotation (1hr 10 mins. ) and then our Denali on Friday for ...a 4 wheel allignment ( 1 hr ). This was my first time buying a new vehicle and I must say this was such an easy and pleasant transaction . Starting from the internet staff that helped me to my salesman Eddie Whitson (who was great and very knowledgeable at any question that I did have ) Larry Mcdowell was great and very efficien...t at dealing with the banks. And also Mike Guarr at completing and explaining all the final paperwork for the transaction. Overall I highly recommend Alexander Chevrolet Buick GMC of Dickson to everyone and will defiantly will be coming back there for my future purchases.
